Joe & John were great to work with and allowed us tons of flexibility with designing our dream home. They have a great set of skilled tradesmen for every step of the process and communication with them was always open and clear. After working on our custom ranch plan ourselves, my wife and I chose to use Tony Van Oyen Builder to make our custom home plan a reality. Joe worked with us a lot in the beginning, even coming to some vacant land parcels to help verify viability of building our plan, before we found a parcel that we loved. Absolutely ! I have very fond memories of Tony ! He of course built our custom ranch on an out lot I owned. I had met with 3 other builders before I heard about Van Oyen Builders. I wasn’t that impressed with the other 3. When I met Tony he was not only very personable but I could tell he really knew his business. My whole lot is on a downward slope and building a custom ranch with a walkout basement intimidated the other builders. Not Tony he was so casual about it.
