Great build he helped us with after our other builder stole 50k from us. He did so much and I know didn't make much of a profit by helping us in dire need of finishing up the house and getting us back on our property. The Slomkowski family is greatful for Joe.
Thank you to Joe and Tony Van Oyen Builders. As the second homeowner of one of their construction properties, Joe has been kind enough to work with us and answer questions regarding our condo. Very helpful in directing us to their resources as we navigate some remodeling. Above and beyond helpful to us as the second owner whom they would not necessarily have to be obligated to work with. From start to finish VanOyen Builders were punctual, reliable, very easy to work with, and built us a beautiful quality home. Even after being in our home now for two years, Joe was kind enough to stop by our house and help me with some screens that I couldn’t remove myself. We were very happy working with them we highly recommend!
We just finished our build and moved into our new home June 2023. Tony Van Oyen Builders made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Tony Van Oyen Builder, Inc. if you are planning to build a custom home! My husband and I had a great experience and have a beautiful new home that exceeded our expectations. Their craftsmanship is excellent. They use high quality materials. Their customer service is exceptional. Designing and building a custom home can be stressful, but the Van Oyen family was supportive and helpful throughout the process.
