Tony and his team did a fantastic job refinishing the floors of my business property. Everyone who comes in comments how beautiful they are. I highly recommend these guys for quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Tony and his crew brought my floors back to life. They show up on time, and he charges a fair price. I still cannot believe how beautiful they made my floors. Before Tony and his crew worked their magic, they had chunks taken out, glitter, paint, some spots even worn down to the actual wood with no poly left at all. This was not an easy job. I used him several years ago after seeing their work at a friend's house. He came and gave me an estimate and I went with his company. We moved all our furniture and prepared for the work. The day came, and Mr. Tran sent a sub contractor who did a very poor job. I had no choice since all my furniture was moved already and I hoped since Mr. Tran's name was on the contract that the work would be done properly. It wasn't and I like people to know that before they choose this company. I was deceived and disappointed.
Mr. Tran and his guys do fantastic work in a timely fashion. He is a man of his word, and his prices are fair. I was however, unsatisfied with a few things, one being they went into my electrical panel without my permission. The sander they use requires a certain type of voltage, understandable, but following them using it, I did a run into an electrical issue with one of my wires being burnt. In addition, they used my restroom while working in my home, no problem with that, but they left my bathroom disgusting! And lastly, ... read more
