I didn’t feel like he had ever respected me as a person or as a patient. He tried to get me to come in several times for a check up even though I was no longer a patient at Kaiser, or on the insurance plan that they thought I was on. I told Tony several times that I was not his patient and his response was to refer me to mental health.
Everything went smooth, Dr. Toloczko answer all my questions and gave me some input for the future. All the nurses were great!
I've not had a "bad" experience at Kaiser, but it hasn't been comprehensive or supportive. Dr. Tony is the only doctor I've spoken to so far who had good patient interaction skills, he is very knowledge and respectful. I brought up a sensitive concern with him and he handled it delightfully. I am comforted with information and Dr. Tony was knowledgeable about the topic. I left the appt feeling much better than when I went in.
It was OK. I am still sick/
