Devin was fantastic! He took his time to go through the vehicle I test drove and didn’t rush the process as I asked questions. I highly recommend this dealer, the GM and Finance folks were very good too. No pushy sales tactics, just facts and discussion. Compared to several other large dealer groups I went too prior to visiting Tony Serra, they beat them hands down in every aspect of the experience
I have leased my last 2 cars from here and in both cases they were great to work with and were able to find me a vehicle that fit my needs at a price I was looking for. They were very pleasant experiences. This time around Jenny Cromwell worked hard to find me the perfect vehicle. I especially appreciated the no pressure atmosphere, I was presented with some options (both on the car and on service packages) and was left to choose what fit me best. I will definitely be coming back in 3 years when this lease is up.
After doing a research on used and new cars for months I finally made a decision to replace my old Murano and go with Pathfinder. Tyler Cupp was helping me with buying process and made everything go smoth and easy. Lighthearted atmosphere, no pressure. Along with all new technology I love the color of my new car:)
