I had a disappointing experience working with Jennifer Salerno and her husband Tony Salerno, who represented the buyer in the sale of my home. Although Jennifer was the listed agent, Tony ended up serving as the primary point of contact for much of the transaction. Throughout the process, I was flexible and agreed to all of the buyer’s requests, including the closing date THEY requested.
