Absolutely packed restaurant, despite that, I still got my pizza to go in 15 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service. As for the food, consider me a pizza snob. My preference is new york style cheese only. They nailed it. I have never had coal fired, and I prefer my pizzas well done, this was the perfect crust. It was perfectly burnt giving it the perfect crisp. A good crust is half the recipe. Cheese is cheese and it was as good as anywhere. But what sets a pizza apart besides the crust is the sauce.
