When I arrived, I greeted the staff but received no response. I stood waiting and explicitly asked for assistance, but I was ignored. The employee preparing food saw me, but then turned his back and pretended to be busy to avoid serving me. Meanwhile, two other customers who arrived before me were helped immediately. Given the circumstances, I felt singled out and discriminated based on the color of my skin. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
They'll make you wait 30 minutes for a turkey sandwich & have an attitude when you ask for your food in 10 minutes. Nasty attitude.
