Thedy Impress Themselves – I begged for an quote for an event and sent email after email. All i received was condescending emails asking exactly who I was and what company I was with. I never did receive a quote, a menu or an email that they weren't interested in catering our event. Business must be really good when you can pick and choose clients! TONY "THE PHONY!" – We booked Tony's catering for our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary. The event coordinator, Shelby promised full service help and terrific food for the event costing $60 per person. What we received was: Minimal help in setting tables up, cold food, bad coffee, ran out of main entree(even after questioning if the quantity would be enough prior to event), non enthusiastic service with lack of knowledge of the party events. Horrible Customer Service – Have always enjoyed Tony Rosacci's food at other catered events around Denver, but was so disappointed at the rudeness I encountered when requesting a proposal for my wedding reception. With a budget under $100 per guest, Avie was unwilling to work with me, referring to my reception as "a waste of her time."
