Surprisingly good food for a hotel restaurant and very polite staff and people
Average. Ordered the house ‘Special burger’, but a chicken dish arrived 20min later. Not a big deal but when the actual burger arrived another 10min in it wasnt that good, very wet and sloppy. Server was kind and apologetic but as a Marriott house restaurant with low to medium volume I would have expected the basics to be taken care of and they weren’t. On the positive side it’s a relatively good vfm place.
Tony Roma’s is truly a gem in Durham! The food is consistently delicious (the salmon is chef’s kiss), the drinks are amazing, and the atmosphere always feels warm and welcoming. Every time I visit, I’m reminded why this is one of my favorite places to dine. Natasha, the manager, is a standout. She goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels seen, cared for, and well taken care of.
