Weird vibes from the server and awkward interactions. Charged us for two extra sauces when only asked for one. Ribs were good, just warm trending cool by the time I got them. Coleslaw was something similar to Sysco, as were the fries.
The food quality is excellent; however, the service is significantly lacking. We frequently find ourselves having to remind servers about water refills and correct orders. While the food itself is good, there’s a clear need for improved server training to enhance the overall dining experience.
Sat for 10 minutes with no service. Left.
This wasn't what I was expecting. I had Tony's in Las Vegas years ago. The Ribs were great. So the wife and I decided to give this location a try. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they came out of a grocery store freezer. The four bone ribs were tasteless. Coleslaw was okay, corn on the cob was DRY, chicken tenders had the same grocery store freezer taste. Our server was excellent. Her name was Maza am sure I misspelled her name. She was a joy to talk to. She gets 5 stars for sure.
