Our waiter was Josh M. He was friendly and professional. He took very good care of us. He checked back with us throughout the meal. He provided Excellent Customer Service.
Just called to get a order to go and the guy said he can't do it over the phone we had to order online so we did and at the end they said they aren't taking online orders won't be back
We are fans of toni Roma restorants, bottom line dont go to the one in Great Falls! I ordered a daquori and it was total serup and I sent it back. My $35.00 ribeye came and it was a quarter inch burned top round. I dont normally ever complain but this is the first time we ever told the server that we were not going to be eating our meals. She didnt charge us and we left. We understand that sometimes things aren't always great but when everything isnt good it is time to let the public know.
Emma is such a great bartender. I was gambling. She served me and was attentive. Definitely will be back
