Danny on the Tony Ray Baker team was a delight to work with, and the textbook definition of firm but fair. He represented his clients very well - he was extremely thorough in inspections and clear in the repair requests he made of my clients. We were ultimately able to find a middle ground that made all parties happy, with no one feeling like they missed out. Inheriting a house is a complicated thing, especially if you live in another state. Fortunately, I found Tony Ray Baker through a real estate friend in California.
