I’m giving Tim Willams the 5 stars because he went out of his way to help my uncle and myself through the process of purchasing a Nissan Kick. He was able to give us the 5 stars treatment. Sorry Tim us older people need help purchasing the new type of cars that are very digital and need help going through the process. Thanks again Tim for helping us get our new Nissan. We appreciate your support and help with all the details. We have been enjoying our new toy.
I want to commend Alissa Coker for her outstanding customer service not only when I bought a used vehicle but also after the sale. This was the second vehicle I've bought through her. She is knowledgeable, professional, and helped me get a great deal on the price. Then she also helped me get an agreed upon repair by picking up the car and returning it to me the same day when I needed assistance in that process. Alissa went above and beyond! I'd refer her to anyone and would certainly buy through her again.
