Hands on, great communication, a pleasure to work. We ‘interviewed’ multiple realtors. Tony came in prepared with an in depth knowledge of the local market. No sales pitch, or hard sell. Armed with facts and experience. Aggressively marketed the property to avoid seasonal lulls in buying (which I was clueless about). Provided excellent advice to weed through multiple offers and most importantly, then recommended a strategy that got us the best price. Can’t recommend him enough.
