I don't recommend renting a home from Tim Duda, for whom Tony facilitated a zillow rental listing to me in 2021. Tim has ignored countless phone calls, emails and text messages from me. Tim Duda is impossible to get ahold of and I will never rent from him again. Don't rent from Tony if Tim Duda is involved. (Tony has been no issue, and has been easy to get ahold of)
I have used Tony for 14 years for 4 different transactions. He is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. Don't waste your time calling any other Realtor in Western SD.
