Cameron and Talan installed an expansion tank on my hot water heater and left my T&P valve with a leak on the downspout. I asked Cameron about it and he said: “That could’ve been from when we filled the tank. Sometimes we open that to release air build up. It’s more than likely just condensation”. And he then said it should clear up on its own. Well it has not and it seems my T&P valve now needs to be replaced. It doesn’t seem right to leave a customer with a leak that wasn’t there before they worked on the hot water heater.

I paid $441 dollars to replace a thermocoupler on my water heater. Up front pricing which you sign for without breakdown of price of part or hourly rate. The part sells for around $25. Took about 20 minutes to install. So I paid $400 for install. My mistake. I won’t ever use them again. I have to give one star or I wouldn’t be able to post this.
On time. On budget. No surprises! Well done
