Ava was incredibly helpful when my glasses unexpectedly broke. I stopped in on my way home and she helped me with two new frames- now I have a back up pair! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my experience seamless, including fitting me with a temporary pair while I waited for my new glasses to arrive.
Too many staff to pay salaries to results in slightly underhanded billing practices. For example, I paid for exam and 1 pair of glasses via Medicare, which is only allowed once every two years. In addition, the staff secretly performed a "retinal map"--a service I do not need--for $ 40, without asking my permission. This is not paid by medicare.
