I've stopped by a few times over the last 4-5 months to find them randomly closed inside their business hours. Finally got to walk inside today, to be told it would be over an hour wait for a dine in, even for appetizers.

Matt, sorry to take so long responding, but this is the first chance I've had to sit down at the computer. I've been making these pizzas for 40 years now, and I can tell you if there was a quicker way to get them out the door I would. An hour wait is not at all uncommon on Friday and Saturday nights. At 7:00 tonight we had gone to an hour and forty five minute wait. When you arrived tonight we probably only had 3 or 4 tables. My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time and we will definitely be return customers. Staff were very friendly and our food was extraordinary. I'm typically not much into pasta, but their sauce and meatballs are the best I've had.
