HORRIBLE. WONT RECOMMEND. OVERPRICE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD. THEY QUOTE YOU SOMETHING WITHOUT EXPLANING WHATS INCLUDED.
I went in today to obtain a quote for my car trunk that does not stay open when removing items. Sean did the intake, he was abrupt and bothered when I asked for directions to the parts department. The quote was astronomical. I called back and spoke to Wade to confirm the quote. He was curt stating, “ I wrote it down for you”! Honda’s quote for labor alone was $260.00. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. There were several cars after me. It took me 20 minutes to have someone check my vehicle in, that after I noticed those that arrived after me were taken care of and asked when I'll be checked in. I was told he was the only one they had to so that. I asked why not reduce the number of appointments at the same and and was told they have it at the minimum now. Wow, they're expecting customers to wait around for them to get to you??
Came in today to get an oil and battery change. I asked them if they placed a military discount on my order and they said yes. Turns out they didn't and they didn't reset my oil change light in my car. It didn't give me assurance that everything was done correctly or even done at all. I have been doing business with Tony Honda since 2011 and have been taking all 3 of my vehicles here to get serviced. Very disappointed and I may start looking at other places with better customer service.
