Took my car in because it had trouble turning over got battery checked by a store that sells it and they said was good. Took it into Honda and they said the tech said battery needs replacing. I told them I’ll replace it, because the place I bought my battery had warranty was 1.5 years old. The service desk said if I don’t get their battery my service appointment would b moved 2 days out. Service would only bring you stress, and that is not worth it. I called at around 1:00 p.m. today and was promised that my advisor would return my call because there was no update. No one called me back, not the call center nor my advisor. It was 5:00 p.m. today, and I had dropped my car off at 7:30 a.m. After trying to reach them again, my advisor, Josh, told me he was unaware that my car was there because Sean, who checked me in this morning, had not informed him. I give this place 0 stars if I could. Don’t go here they will scam you. I always take my car to Honda Windward. However my car broke down close to Tony Honda and it’s also closer to where I work. So I decided to get my car towed there, thinking all Honda shops are the same. I have been scammed by local mechanics. When my car broke down I was pretty sure it was the alternator. I had replaced my battery less then 2 years ago. I have AAA, they came out ran diagnostic and said it’s my alternator. I heard from multiple people tha... read more
