Their sales strategy is a complete joke. They will use every tactic in the book to try and charge you for things you don't need and make it seem like it's essential. They add a ton of fluff and at times they couldn't even explain what they are charging you for. None of the calculations or add on's of the overall price made any sense. Was misled in having rear shocks installed. Told they could not install unless I have compliance bushing installed. Need to special order the bushings turns out the bushing ate not needed to install rear shocks. Had horn repaired now steering wheel is crooked.
