i had this agent for well over 5 years and all i had was bad experiences. i work at night so I'm not in a position to visit they office or call during the day so i mostly communicate through email and for some time they had somebody there that would contacted me right away after sending one in but after she left, nothing, I try contacting them to add my husband to the car insurances 3 time and all I got was silence return
