This is our 4th experience with Tony, as sellers and buyers. We would not choose anyone else. Tony is responsive, kind, and consistently completes everything on time. I think his many years of experience help. He knows so many different markets: Kent, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Orting, just to name a few.
From our first conversation to closing Tony was helpful, accommodating, and encouraging. He was knowledgeable about the market, and able to put together a packet of information that facilitated the sale in a reasonable time. His communication skills were excellent, and when an offer came in, he gave me the facts about the situation while allowing me the freedom to make my own accept/reject decision. I would not hesitate to enlist the services of Tony for any future real estate transactions.
Tony listened to our concerns, took an interest in our goals and our family, and took the time on weekends to show us homes to accommodate work schedules. He will get you a home you’re happy with and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
