I sold my daughter's home and the buyer was going with a USDA loan and I did one of them over a year ago and my clients ended up living with relatives as the mortgage company did not keep all of us informed about where the loan was in the process. Tony kept me abreast of the loan process for the buyers and the closing took about a month to close. It closed on time with no snags. My hat is off to Tony as the loan originator and Kevin Thomas as the selling agent. You guys are amazing!
