I paid $50 to want to lease a spot in Pb since my business is in La Jolla. They denied me based only on my credit score. I have money in the bank and my.business makes way more than enough to.pay $500 a month for the place. Even verified my current lease was always paid on time. They said only way i can get it is pay the whole.year up front!!!! What a waste of time and money! Soon my.business will be in storage now if i dont a spot! Ridicilious! Stay clear unless your credit is 700 plus! What a joke.
