These people are horrible!!!! They will have you waiting until the following year for your taxes…. H&R Block and Turbo tax is way better

WORST EXPERIENCE HAVING MY TAXES DONE EVER!!!!!! They sat on my paperwork for over 2 months and didn't file anything until the day before the deadline. TONY DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. He will hide in his office while he has his "associates" tell you he isn't there. My Refund amounts are SO OFF, I CAN"T EVEN TRACK it. It is now 2 months past submission and I haven't the SLIGHTEST clue where my money is. I just got a letter from IRS stating "I failed to file for my business return". I failed because I hired this loser who took 6 months to file for my return & told me via email that he's gonna file to waive the penalty. Oh well there are people who stay longer in business but gets lousier in what they do... probably due to old age or arrogance. If you want IRS To penalize you go ahead waste your money & time & hire this loser. Pathetic.
