We bought a 6 year ********** from dealership: 2015 Toyota Avalon.A little over 1 month later the battery died and wife was stranded. After getting car to AutoZone and having battery checked out, it was discovered there was severe corrosive accumulation on the battery posts causing slow charging during cold weather. Warranty department! I bought a brand new RAV4 TRD with a two-year manufacture warranty and when I took my car into my mechanic, after two years of being serviced by Tony Divino, he showed me my oil pan had been leaking! Should have been covered under warranty, had Tony Divino been doing their job! Also, had a tire losing air a few weeks after purchasing my car, and come to find out Tony Divino never rotated my tires! Buyer Beware. Tony Divino Toyota and Toyota Corporation refuse to honor factory warranty on a brand-new truck.I purchased a brand-new Toyota Tacoma from Tony Divino Toyota in Ogden, **** on June 25th, 2021. The buying experience was nice and easy. Gave them 5 stars. Two months later I noticed 3/4" paint defect on the roof of the truck. Clear coat and base paint were gone. Great experience! Purchased 2021 Tacoma. Tony Divino was recommended by a family member who works in another major dealership in Utah. The salespeople Rich and Brad were wonderful and easy to work with. Rich made himself easily accessible and very helpful. Very responsive, very honest, willing to help. So far so good. Haven’t made a final decision yet to proceed with the purchase but no pressure from the salesman. Fernando so far is a good guy to work with.
