Derek was very helpful responding to my inquiry, although the news wasn't that great. All their Siennas were reserved and there was wait list should there be any openings. Derek was also very helpful advising that their dealership sold at MSRP and did not add premiums on their inventory. From this brief interaction I feel like Derek would be very professional and straight forward in his dealings.
If I could give zero stars I would. I was looking at a 2018 tacoma that was a trade in. I was the first to contact about the vehicle more than 2 weeks ago, and contacted several times until today, 7 may, when I was notified by another sales associate that the vehicle was being shown today without my knowledge. As a disabled veteran, who did my due diligence to try and view the vehicle, I feel it very disrespectful to anyone, let alone a Veteran, to be treated as such. I found this car online and it was for the perfect price. I went to test drive it and it drove great. I was in contact with another dealership to see if they could bring it down south so I could go thru their dealership instead. Both managers were in contact with one another and got the deal done. I just didn't like that the salesman was hesitate of doing so because they'd lose commission or something. He kept saying that 2 other people are interested in the car but they never showed up. I did and wanted the deal to happen.

I give this dealership one star because I scheduled an appt for a specific time and received texts through out the day to insure that I would show, when I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time I was informed that the car That I was interested in had been sold an hour earlier, the salesman would not come out on the floor and talk to me. I was told that he was busy.

They are generally, $500.00 deposit on the NEW car that you want will hold it for you for a reasonable period of time. We cannot take a deposit on or hold a used vehicle for anyone as per company policy. We really are sorry that this didn't work for you this time.
