Warranty department! I bought a brand new RAV4 TRD with a two-year manufacture warranty and when I took my car into my mechanic, after two years of being serviced by Tony Divino, he showed me my oil pan had been leaking! Should have been covered under warranty, had Tony Divino been doing their job! r Beware. Tony Divino Toyota and Toyota Corporation refuse to honor factory warranty on a brand-new truck. I purchased a brand-new Toyota Tacoma from Tony Divino Toyota in Ogden, Utah on June 25th, 2021. The buying experience was nice and easy. Gave them 5 stars. Two months later I noticed 3/4" paint defect on the roof of the truck. Clear coat and base paint were gone. I obtained touch up paint from Tony Divino and attempted to remedy it. Great experience! Purchased 2021 Tacoma. Tony Divino was recommended by a family member who works in another major dealership in Utah. The salespeople Rich and Brad were wonderful and easy to work with. Rich made himself easily accessible and very helpful.
