When I called Tony’s office after my son’s accident the first thing they did was ask me if he was ok. That meant so much to me. I and my whole family have used this agency for a very long time. I love Cierras service. But I'm sorry, I have to amend my review after my recent experience. I recently had an at fault accident. My renewal was this month (February) and my accident was very early in December. Now, in fairness, I am very aware that an at fault accident affects my rates. Tony sells high-quality products, backs them up, and hires the best people to work for him. I have been with Tony for more than 10 years and I would never consider another insurance company in the Okemos area.
