Would be zero, as I actually did not get my hair cut by them at all. I called early in the day and was told it was just walk ins, no appt needed. So I did, I patiently waited. When they finished with their current customers they took gentlemen who came in after me, while ignoring me completely. Why? Likely because I'm a woman.
