Absolutely loved the team and service here! Went in for a quick check up for my brakes and it was so quick and efficient. I even got showed what it looked like while the car was being worked on! The loveliest people! I would definitely come back here again if need be in the future!
This was hands down the rudest customer service experience I’ve ever had. The woman who answered the phone acted like I was bothering her just by calling. I was polite, simply asking for help getting three new tires for my daughter’s car and I was met with attitude from the second she picked up. Unhelpful, short, and flat-out unpleasant. If they can’t even handle a basic phone call without being nasty, I wouldn't trust them with a tricycle, let alone a car. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
If I could give more than 5 stars to this business I would. Ann Marie is truly amazing, knowledgeable and welcoming. Being a female walking into any business to do with cars is really daunting, I've had plenty of bad experiences in the past, being dismissed, treated like an idiot. Had new tyres put on our vehicle in December 24. Went back today for a check of the tyres. Great service. Ann Marie did a great job. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
Just very good service. I had an issue with some tyres they fitted through no fault of theirs and Tony, Matt and the team work incredibly hard to solve the issue. They left no stone unturned to deliver a level of service I’ve not experienced in a very long time. Happy to recommend them to anyone and I’m glad family businesses like this still exist.
