I love the trainers! And the program leaves me sore every time I leave. Everyone in The group training is supportive and I enjoy going to the gym for once in my life.
Going to Tony cress training was the best experience I've had in a workout class in Henderson. The workout was functional, dynamic, and challenged me in movements that I would have never done when working out on my own. Also, everyone was super nice and introduced themselves to me on my first day. If you are looking to do workout classes this is absolutely without a doubt the place to go.

The very best trainers, clean facility, welcoming ambiance. The trainers are phenomenal! More educated than anywhere else and they apply that knowledge to benefit all of us. Classes are fun and fabulous!! I never thought going to a workout would be such a highlight of my day!!!
TCTC is hands down the best gym in the Valley—I’ve tried them all, and nothing compares. The trainers are not only incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, but they also bring fresh, innovative tools and techniques you won’t find anywhere else in Vegas or Henderson.
