Great facility, terrific trainers. Many classes offered as well as individual sessions
The new Prime Athlete 3D is a super fun added session—- fast and furious! Lots of variety of toys and moves! The Coach is awesome!
Tony is extremely knowledgeable and pushes you past your comfort zone. While doing so he was extremely attentive to every single person in the class. Class definitely humbled me as someone who works out regularly.
My son gave me the gift of Tony Cress membership last year for Christmas. It took me until March to get up the courage to go, boy do I wished I would’ve started sooner. It had been the best thing ever, to get off the couch and get moving. I’m 64, I look forward to working out 3 days a week there.
