If I could negative 10 stars I probably would. These people are horrible, does not know how to return phone calls, they messed up on the paperwork with the date which now is affecting my insurance. It was just a whole mess. They do not how to follow up, let people know what is going on. It took them over 3 week to send me my temp tag. I would never go back there even if my life depends. Family and friends will not be going back there either.
Great place! You would be insane not to go here for RV repairs if you were to break down on the hwy like we did. If I am ever to purchase a trailer again, these guys are now number one on my list (and yes, I would drive from SLC just to do business with them). This past Father's Day, our 2015 brand new trailer lost a wheel, sheared away from the hub, drum brakes flying off the trailer. Had it hauled here. I have purchased several units from these guys and they are great! Tony has a better selection of Can Am, Kawasaki, and Arctic Cats than most of the dealers in Salt Lake. One thing for sure the price and service are way better at Tony Basso than the other guys. I have purchased a Can Am and now I just bought a gorgeous new travel trailer.
