This company truly provides 5-Star service — from customer care and integrity to honesty and quality of work. Last winter, both of my furnaces went out during the freezing cold, and although they were fully booked, Benjamin made sure to fit me into his schedule and promptly serviced both units. I had an excellent experience with Tonville HVAC. Benjamin and Joel did a fantastic job replacing my home’s HVAC system with a new heat pump. They were professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about rebate programs, which saved me a lot of money. The new heat pump is incredibly efficient and whisper-quiet. Overall, their work was precise, accurate, and completed quickly. I’m very glad I chose Tonville HVAC, and a big thumbs up to Benjamin and Joel for their outstanding service!
