Great staff. Airways fast. Very helpful.
We went in for a repair at 7:15 pm (they were the only tire shop open). First tire they brought out had a nail in it. Second one, which we bought, went flat 4 hours later. We went back the next day. They tried to tell us the tire was still good, but it clearly wasn't. There was a leak. They refused to refund our money and take the tire back.
Did not even call us to say our loan was declined. Poor communications, poor English on some calls, just poor customer service. It is going to be a lot of work and calls involved but we are switching everything to a locally owned bank. Wells and Bank Of America in my opinion are crooks.
My school has been fundraising for villages in Africa with very little access to clean water. Most of our students come from low-income families so we held a Penny War to collect change. In order to raise moer money, some of the staff members went and bought a box of pennies ($25) from their banks to contribute to the cause. All the loose coins were exchanged for cash through Coin Star, but I wanted to deposit the rolled coins because to my knowledge rolled coins can be deposited to my account at my bank. Twice my check cashed not credited to my loan. Still not fixed it’s been three months. Can’t get Anthony Johnson to return a call. No one wants to help!!! So ticked off! I have spent days sowing g cashed checks to every customer service person. No return calls. I get a number that they are looking into it!!!
I could take on and on about being a new customer. I have always had good experiences in this branch. Love em!
