We called Tony twice to fix our washing machine that keeps acting up. Both times he’s been very friendly, profesional, and always gave us a good time frame for when he could assist us. Tony hasn’t let us down and has shown us his reliability. This is your guy if you’re needing something fixed right, someone who communicates effectively, and most importantly someone who is honest.
Tonny is a top notch guy. Called for an oven repair and he was here first thing the next morning. Quoted me a fair price over the phone, and completed the repair within 20 minutes. Then he took a look at my ice maker and fixed a very simple issue… that another company tried to charge me $800 to fix!! It just needed a small manual adjustment. I’m keeping Tommy’s card, he deserves the business. Integrity is hard to come by these days.
I called Tony because I have a trip coming up and didn't want to leave without my Whirlpool dryer working. He said he would come by after finishing a few other jobs, which I really appreciate. The service call was $99 and is applied toward the repair if you move forward, which I think is very fair.He ordered the part, and I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived before I left for my trip. Tonny is great! Always responds quickly amd puts priority to emergencies. I use him for all my appliance needs for my property management business. Very fair pricing and does a great job. Would highly recommend.
Communication and pricing were excellent! Tony showed up when he said he would, he texted to say he would be there in 15 minutes and he was, and then he only charged the service fee for a sock that was stuck in the dryer fan. Plus, he’s a really nice guy. I will definitely call Tony again for our appliance fix needs!
