I sent an arrangement of flowers to my Mother on Mother’s Day and Tonnies took care of everything, which was nice since I don’t live close by. My Mother was happy with the arrangement!!

I ordered 2 arrangements for my mother's funeral service which cost around $400 and they only delivered 1. They didn't deliver the $200 heart shaped arrangement that was specifically from me for my mother. You depend on companies to come through for you at such a difficult time and you only get one chance at a funeral service to get it right and they blew it. Never again will I buy anything from Tonnies Florist. Very disappointing!
Tonnies accepted order for flowers on Tue and then said at last minute they couldn't deliver for my daughter's graduation, but said they could deliver next day. Next day came and went and no flowers were delivered, no call, no email, nothing. Horrible experience.
