We were disappointed when the neighbors tree fell on our truck. The body shop went above and beyond to repair our 2023 Tacoma. My husband wasn't feeling well and Mike did everything he could to make the repair process go smoothly . My husband worked for 47 years in body shops and can be very picky, but Josh, their painter, did a beautiful job. It looks like new again. We couldn't be more pleased.
From the very start I knew I was in good hands. Madison Dixon (Estimator) was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had regarding the whole insurance claims process. Madison remained in communication with me via email (just as I asked) every step of the way.
