We had a really great experience with Ron Tonkin Collision Center. My repairs were taking a bit longer than normal due to our insurance and parts availability, and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I had my car back in time for a trip. He was so nice, kept us informed, and they did a stellar job with the repairs. My SUV is good as new. I would definitely recommend this shop.
Just posting a review to save someone the trouble. DO NOT GO HERE! There are better body shops. These guys are typical ripoff body shop. They are gonna work with your insurance to give you the lowest quote. If you wanna tow it to another body shop, they hold your car ransom. They charged us $600 for a 1 mile tow (from the Subaru Dealer to them). Cut your losses if you have a case and go to another shop
I’ve had to have several repairs on my HR-V in the last few months, and Mike and his team have been so helpful throughout each process. The team is kind, communicative, and client-focused, and the work looks good as new!! Highly recommend.
I got my rear bumper repaired here and the service was amazing! Madison was very kind and communicative, always advocating for my best interests. The shop did a fantastic work that was also quick, the SUV looks good as new. Would highly recommend this place!
Abbi in the repair shop has gone above and beyond to make my experience with Ron Tonkin extremely pleasant. I would strongly recommend using them. If you want to you have a great experience with getting your car repaired. I would ask for Abbi she was wonderful to work with. Car buying or car repair at a dealership is usually a pain in the butt, but Abbi has changed my attitude towards going to the dealer. This is a place I would definitely return to.
