I love the wide selection but every plant I have brought home from Tonkadale is now infested or dead from mealy bugs or spider mites. I keep all new plants quarantined and only struggle with my Tonkadale purchases. Their customer service on Facebook is great with the promise of return or exchange but they direct you to an email and never respond. Really disappointing and not at all worth the escalated prices.

Always a great shopping experience. Beautiful plants that are heathy and vibrant. Great prices on planters help me keep in my budget. Wonderful employees that always have helpful tips and a smile. Did I mention I drive 1/2 an hour to get to this perfect place.

No children under 16. We were asked to leave. We will never spend a penny here.
This spot is way overrated. Drove all of the way from far eastern suburbs. The staff I encountered was rude. There were fat and sassy mealybugs on the succulents in the back of the greenhouse especially The Euphorbia. I also saw aphids on other specimens. Buyer beware and be careful! There is a precious little floral/garden center down the street that I stopped at where I experienced kindness and wonderful customer service from a more mature staff.
