The unit was clean when I moved my things into it and the manager was helpful each time I had questions. The rate was fabulous and I recommend them to my family and friends. I just moved out after one year and everything went seamlessly.

Rented at Long lake for a couple years.. the unit was awesome much more room than you would find at allot of the competitors , clean and secure. it is in a great location and prices are fair. I have several storage units rented and this was the best one . Always liked it there it's quiet and was a straight forward self storage facility . The staff I've worked with I found to be understanding and compassionate if there were any issues and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you tonka storage !

Been a great facility to store things and has been very convenient as far as location. I've found the staff to be great to work with and the have been very helpful and compassionate with me during a really difficult time which was what created the need for storage in the first place . It was the best unit I've rented before out of many at various facilities over the years and they price things fairly and don't jack your rates up like some of the bigger names in storage are notorious for . They knowingly charged me for an interior “climate controlled” unit. When I went to vacate at the end of my term, standing water was in the unit, damaging personal property. They did not try to rectify with a credit back for a month ir two rent, just said to file a claim through my own insurance company. then tried to continue billing me almost $100 per month when my contract had been fully paid for and I vacated prior to end of lease. Poor customer service all around.
