I called their shop armed with a recommendation from a neighbor. No one answered the phone. I know plumbers are in short supply, but his was odd, and I left a message. Time passed, and I had to make a choice to find another alternative which scheduled for next week. In the meantime, I got a very harried voice mail from the other principal to call back: not very inviting. Recent visit from Tonka plumbing : I was given a time frame but then received a text at the end of the time frame saying he'd be 2-3 hours later. Gave access to the house ,he was here for less than 10 min. Had a difficult time contacing him after inspection , no response from the office either. After several attempts I did get a call back. Serices charge for a 10 min DX was 202.00 . Not the expericane I previously had with Scott. Will reconsider Tonka Plumbing for future needs.
Good service. Replied right away and came to the house quickly. Pricing seemed reasonable.
