Dr David Daniels prescribed my mother an antidepressant and essentially lied about what it was. She specifically requested no antidepressants and was not given so much as a PHQ-GAD questionnaire. We will be switching PCPs. Dr Daniels should probably re take a medical ethics class since it seems he doesn’t understand informed consent.

Would rate zero if possible. He was the ER doctor when I brought my 77 year old sister to ER Mercy via Ambulance. That afternoon I found her delusional laying on her bathroom floor unable to get up. She had memory loss. When I told him what happened and what I saw that day he literally said I don’t believe that. At 10:30 I’m a Sunday night he tried to dismiss her. Another Dr later came in and said she would be admitted. Never all him to be your doctor.

we sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before we even went into a room. that place is ridiculously slow. my bf had a burn, and first appointment we sat in the room for two hours just for the dr to tell him to put vaseline on it. it’s actually ridiculous. no one seems to know what they’re doing there. i definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The best adjective I can use and remain professional is "dysfunctional". No staff, no call backs, ask to leave a message??, nope! Transferred me to TRIAGE.....yes TRIAGE!
