They only feel you they cannot make an appointment by the last minute, as we’ve moved everything from our floor. Bad service! They charge 50 dollars for trip charge of customer cancel the last minute. They should pay the penalty too!!
I'm surprised I'm the first one to review Tonita's Carpet Cleaning. You've probably seen the nice trucks around San Jose. I called and they were able to come out to my house in a prompt manner. It was even a Saturday and Carlos showed up and did a thorough job for a very reasonable price My wife normally hates to have our carpets cleaned because the cleaners leave them damp and wet and the stains end up coming back. Tonita's is a family owned business. my company uses their carpet cleaning service as well as their home cleaning services. They do such an amazing job! Their staff is genuinely nice and always in a great mood. The owners Maria and her husband are really sweet and honest.
