I rented a poor maintained house from Mark 2 years ago. I kept the house and fixed a few things because the "owner never wanted to fix the house". The house was put on market with us living in there, and the time a "possible buyer" put a contract on the house, Mark gave us less than a month to move out. lets Start off by saying, be prepared for a long lease of inconvenience and hassles. We rented a beautiful house in Stevens plantation and it was not up kept at all. The house belonged to traveling nurses and obviously used this management company to basically keep up with repairs and maintenance of the home. We had nothing but problems living here and nasty attitudes from the owner of the management company when requesting repairs and addressing other issues with the home.
