My VW Polo DSG gear box failed, VW Pickerings said they couldn't look at my car for over a month. The staff at Tonics Automotive helped me out when I couldn't find help anywhere else. Tonics mechanics diagnosed my car and created a report detailing the fact that I had a Megatronic hydraulic issue and provided me with the subsequennt error codes. The staff were very accomadating with the towing of the car to Tonics and back home. Thank you very much for all the help.
We would highly recommend Tronics.. Now what can we say except that Tronics went above and beyond out of their way to have a look and problem solve a situation with our car when we were travelling to Innisfail at extremely short notice. Nice people our biggest thanks...
