Renting a carspace from Ken was one of the most petty and unprofessional experiences I've had. Ken originally offered the space via an agency , which he then encouraged me to opt out of to save him "fees"and pay him directly. He then demanded additional months rental fees upon my notice of termination as per an imaginary contract which didn't exist.
