I was a tenant in an apartment which was managed by Tonic Realty, specifically Joyce Zhang. The agency held no spare keys for my apartment (which I felt was extremely irresponsible). I found Joyce to be extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. She never responded to emails and only did so when I followed up with a phone call many days later.
