I came here last month and got the gold pass! I love it so much 🤍the instructor are very nice and the workouts do feel very tough. I came here to build strength and help me not fall back into my eating disorder as I try to lose weight and become more active. I truly love tonic method and the daybreak location is so beautiful . My favorite instructors are Jessica and Courtney!!! Very interactive with the class and super kind!!
I’m a road cyclist and a runner, wanting to increase strength, increase flexibility and cross train. I tried out my first class and loved it. It was challenging and will definitely help me increase my fitness. The studio is clean and professional, and my instructor was good at explaining the workout and teaching it. Definitely going back.
I absolutely love Tonic Studio!! As a former fitness instructor, I can say the instructors here are all top notch & incredibly knowledgeable about form, fitness, and musculature. Tonic has transformed my fitness experience, while there is a learning curve, I feel stronger than ever and am toning & strengthening in areas that are incredibly hard to train in a traditional gym or other Pilates studios.
