We had the most amazing holiday and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. The place was absolutely spotless, so clean and well looked after, which made it feel even more relaxing from the moment we arrived. The views were just breathtaking, especially the sunsets – every evening felt like something out of a postcard. We had the most incredible stay here. We weren’t sure what to expect having booked it as the last night on an extension of our trip but the ambience, room, and location was beautiful. We will definitely be back
Tonic is situated in the quietest, most peaceful location. If you are looking to wind down, it's perfect. Beautiful view, lovely room and undercover deck. Amazing stay at Tonic Hotel! The location is unbeatable and perfect for wine tours. The rooms were beautiful with incredible views. Waking up to hot air balloons and ending the night watching shooting stars was unreal. We booked three rooms, including two pet-friendly, and our pets were so welcomed. We had such a wonderful stay! The accommodation was outstanding, the location was perfect, and the property itself was absolutely beautiful. Easily the best place we’ve stayed in the Hunter Valley so far. We loved every minute and would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!
