I've tried the teas before (they are AWESOME) but had not yet stopped by their shop until today & I'm so glad I did! Not only did I get help with herbal supplements & tinctures for a diagnosed illness, but Ashley was kind enough to share some of her wisdom with me too! Also had the rosemary & white bean soup with a GF corn muffin which were both delicious � If you haven't gone in, you're missing out on a great experience.
Effervescently Earthy! Recently enjoyed a hands-on herbal liqueur workshop..Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable, the presentation was lively, informative, interactive and fun! I departed with my hands, heart & head happy, enriched & full of take-homes!

Today we picked up some yummy smoothies and spritzers for the kids, along with some tea and cough syrup for home. So excited to have a shop so close with the knowledge and quality ingredients found here!
Our first time stopping in, we had some Kombucha, chocolate energy balls, and I bought myself some "Sea Seasonings." I loved the selection and different tonics/elixirs menu as well as the food menu. It's always great to see nutritious vegan food on the menu. I also loved the items sold for canning at home. I'm excited to visit again with specific ailments/interests and try different things. It's great there's an herbologist there on site.
Never thought I'd like lavender lemonade but it was delicious. Can't wait to stop by and try another drink.
