Amy is very helpful on the phone. Friendly staff. Waited a few minutes and was called in for my exam. Dr. Licata is very thorough with exam and extremely knowledgeable. I'very been her patient for about ten years. She gives you her private cellphone number. She usually responds to your text message within 10 minutes, 24/7. I live in St Pete. Usually 18 minutes to drive to South Tampa office. I have dry eye disease, and lens replacement surgery. She's has guided me through all. Love her.

She is an excellent dr who really cares for the pt more than just how much $$$ she can make. esp if she knows your on a low income, i ve been going to her for many, many years. Dr licata also has a great since of humor, which makes you feel comfortable while being examined, rather than interrogated.
