Super unimpressed with professionalism! I am starting a search for a provider in the area and Toni Shelow returned my call. She was very abrupt, asked only about insurance. I’m giving 2 stars for her informing me she no longer accepts the insurance i’m under. She immediately hung up, very dismissive. This— unfortunately for her—was before I was able to tell her I am in the process of switching to an insurance I am certain she’s covered by. Also never got the ability to ask her for a referral. Phew, bummer. Buyer beware :)
