Toni is amazing and genuinely cares about helping you reach your mental health goals. She has completely changed my life and gave me so much confidence in myself that I didn't even know I needed. I suffer with a long history of trauma and she has truly opened my eyes through EMDR and regular therapy sessions that I am good enough and everything will be okay.
